Bouncing off of the other day. It is easier and better to pick one main goal, like lifting. Then switch and work on your running, then it is to do both at the same time.

This does not mean that while working on your running you do zero strength work, you just do an 80/20, 90/10, or some other split.

Maintenance is easier than growth. Something about homeostasis or something.
