Coaching – Just Getting Started
This is for those that have never strength trained before, don’t know where to start, and need someone to walk them through safe and effective movements.
This can be done entirely from your home and with any equipment. It is preferable to have a barbell and plates, but body weight will work to start you on your journey.
What this looks like:
- (1) Non-training session before we start.
- (3) 60 minute training sessions during the 1st week to walk you through each motion correctly.
- (1) 40 min face-face non-training session each week following the 1st week
- Discuss the week, reiterate movements, and make adjustments for the follow on week.
- Custom (4) week training plan
- Nutrition guidance
