16 Week Custom Training Plan
A 16 week training plan that includes a periodization overview and a mesocycle with 4 in-depth microcycles, or in English, an overview of what an annual training plan would look like, and 16 weeks of personalized training.
Upon purchasing, an email will be sent to you within 24 hours with an assessment form to fill out and a request for a meeting date and time. Once your assessment form is complete, we will have a video or phone call, your choice, and discuss your assessment and a proposed training plan. Afterward, I will then make adjustments to our discussion and I will send it back to you and we will have a final coaching session to ensure you understand the plan going forward.
Don’t worry about limited equipment, injuries, experience, or unique goals. None of those should get between you and getting the body you want. Though, we may have to get a little adventurous.
