There’s no such thing as good back pain.

Yes, I know what a sore back is, it’s still not good back pain.

Unless you’re following something along the lines of Pavel Tsatsouline, where you are purposely training your back, you should never feel anything in your back except strong and hard tightness throughout any workout.

There is no good back pain, there’s only you effed up pain.
