If you are feeling anxious or stressed. Chances are, it’s a boundary issue.
While it is true that if you want to exceed or do well you have to break boundaries down. That removal of boundaries is also what leads to stress.
So, what’s the solution? Screw success?
No. The answer is to realize that stress is not all bad. Stress can be a great thing. Stress forces you to grow and adapt to be a better person, whether that is in the gym with physical stress or in your daily life with your mental state.
It’s up to you to determine what stress you want and what you don’t. If you don’t want a type of stress, set up boundaries. Don’t let it bleed over in other parts of your life. Let people know where your line is.
More often then not, stress is our own doing. It’s us failing to take an active role in our lives.
