Just because you’re injured, doesn’t mean you can’t train. It’s not an excuse to do anything, or not do anything. What is, is an excuse to modify. There is an endless list of things you can change to, and do to work around whatever injury you have.
Even when I tore my back for the second time, I still found a way to train. It might have been leg curls and leg extensions, using machines that I normally avoid, but there were still something I could do.
You have the right to do anything you want, but I’m not sure about you, but I don’t want to lose everything that I’ve worked for over the years.
