Thought of the day: Training recovery isn’t just physical. Deload weeks are essential to keep us mentally focused and on track.
This is why “alternate weeks” have become popular.
What are alternate weeks?
Essentially it’s a week of still training, but doing different and fun things that that are still programmed towards hitting your goal.
