Did you know the world record for the heaviest weighted pullup is only 230lbs? I think I want to break it. The other day, I hit about 155 for 2 reps after my pull-up workout. I think that probably puts me in the 185 realm. Especially if I drop 15 lbs in body weight, that’s only a little over 30lbs to go. That’s pretty close for a guy that only recently started training weighted pull-ups regularly. Stay tuned to see where this goes.
