Sustained Strength Phase 1 – Microcycle 4 – B1

Press 2 x 10

Press 1 x failure

  • Goal is to reach 10+ reps

Power Clean 3 x 3

Handstand pushups FSAP for 25 reps

Unweighted/ weighted Planks РFSAP for 9 minutes 

  • Each “rep” is held until start of burn
  • Rest for double as long as you were able to hold your rep. Weighted planks count for double unweighted.
