These workouts are getting a little on the dry side. But, only one week left until the next phase kickoff.

This isn’t about a sexy plan, it’s about what works.

Despite the repetitive nature, it’s essential for transitioning to the next phase. Remember that a lot of strength training is practice and it’s important that these movements are hardwired in for when the intensity really kicks off.

Not only is this an opportunity to really push muscles to their end ranges from the previous 3×5 build-up, but it’s also a chance to practice our form at higher volumes.

Sustained Strength Phase 1 – Microcycle 3 – C2

Barbell Rows 2 x 10

Barbell Rows 1 x failure

  • Goal is to reach 10+ reps

Weighted Pullups for as FSAP for 15 reps

Lever and Planche Training, 3 x 10 negatives, or holds until failure, whichever is doable

Optional: Training for Pullup World Record

Lever and Planche Training, 3 x 10 negatives, or holds until failure, whichever is doable
