Backpacking In Yosemite

Back from the trip! It was a blast. Yosemite had some awesome places to checkout and explore. Even though it is harder to get reservations this year, there are also a lot less people. Highly recommended.

On to the workout:

Sustained Strength Phase 1 – Microcycle 3 – A2


Squat 2 x 10

Squat 1 x failure w/ goal of 10+

Farmer Walk 2 x 100yds

  • Out is one “set”. Back is another.
  • Grab the heaviest weight you can that you think you can walk 100 yds with, if you don’t know, grab a heavier one.


Optional: Training for Pullup World Record

Explosive pull-ups until they are not so explosive
