Rest Day!
Today doesn’t mean do nothing. Go be active, go for a hike go rock climbing (a personal favorite), go swimming in the ocean, grab the mountain bike, or go play a sport.
Physical fitness is a small part of our life, having fun is most of it. It’s why we stay in shape and build ourselves up. It allows us to do what we want to do with our lives.
At the moment I am actually out backpacking as this is a scheduled post.
I’ll let you know all about it when I get back.
