Nothing crazy, ramping up squat volume to break through plateau.
Thought of the day: Let’s stop always deferring to safety. I know that’s not the politically correct thing to say, but putting safety first means climbing into bubble wrap and never leaving home.
If you want to live that way, fine – but not me.
