Reset Cycle 1 – Wednesday
Squat 3 x 5
Press 3 x 5
Nordic Leg Curl 2 x 10
Chinups 3 x 8-10, add weight if reached 10
Then:
3 Mile Run at 80%

Continuing the reset. This cycle in filtering in Nordic Leg Curls. Historically I’ve only used these for knee and hamstring rehab, but I’ve never used them long term. This is a longer experiment to see it’s effect.
Thought of the day: You can say you want to change all you want, but if you’re not willing to try things outside of what you already know, you really just want pity.
