Squat 3 x 5
Bench 3 x 5
Deadlift 1 x 5
Pullups 3 x 8-15, add weight if reached above 10
4 mile run, 2miles hard out, 400m on/off. Bursts back.
Due to time off and ready to start a new cycle, I’m going to spend the next few weeks getting back into the groove.
Thought of the day: Resets are not a bad thing, they are essential and part of any training plan. Sometimes they are even factored in like in wave cycling periodization and back off days.
