Thought of the day: Sometimes life forces setbacks and that’s ok. I’m going through one of these right now, but historically long-term they have actually helped my progress.
And often, they’ve helped my athletes progress.
Whether it’s a mental break, the repairing of old injuries, or just the enthusiasm of coming back, regardless of what, don’t stress if you have to take a step back.
That step back might be the thing you need to take two steps forward.
