Changing things up to relieve the shoulder pain I’ve been having. Inflammation had been causing my ulna to flair.
I’ll likely do the 5RM via Front Squat due to still traveling, but who knows, maybe I’ll find a gym.
Thought of the day: Progress is progress. If even one lift it’s moving up, you are getting stronger, don’t let greed get in the way of your success.
