Active Rest Day!
Hour or so cardio and maybe a run.
Breakdown
Nothing new.
Thought of the day: If you’re feeling beat up and your training plan hasn’t drastically increased it’s intensity. The first place to work isn’t the training.
It’s sleep, carbs, and hydration.
Is this a lot to pay attention too?
…yup.
But, it’s part of being human.
Treat it like crap, it’ll perform like crap.
