I’ll be joining a group of guys that workout at a high school. Goal will be just to keep my heart rate up.
Thought of the day: It’s important to look back at where you started. It reminds you how much progress you made and how much your hardwork has paid off.
Strength, speed, and endurance isn’t always as linear as we would like it to be, but that’s ok as long as you keep trending up.
