Thought of the day: It’s surprising what time off can do. I’ve honestly been feeling beat down and burned out by training the last few weeks.
But, taking this time off to go camping, get away from the gym, and step back from routine, has made me stoked and excited to get back.
Not just to set new PRs, but to get back to work.
Moral of the story, don’t stress if you have to miss time from the gym or take a day off from work, it might be exactly what you needed.
