Thought of the day: Consistentcy is key.
Do whatever you want, try whatever you want, but pick it and stick with it.
Maybe a couple days, maybe a couple weeks, but sick with it until you have a reason to change.
And a bigger reason then, “I felt like it”.
If you are doing anything else, you are still working out and it might even be a good one, but it’s not training.
To be training, you need a purpose and a plan so you know what works and what doesn’t.
For that, you need constancy.
