Thought of the day: Supplements are overrated. Unless, quantifiable or grossly qualitative improvement was shown by taking it, don’t waste your money.
This isn’t to say you shouldn’t or they are awful. Just, that you need to know why it works and how it’s helping you.
Otherwise, you may actually be doing more harm then good.
