Pull-up 50 reps FSAP @ 155

50 Wide Grip Pullups
Start of a new cycle. The one change this training session is volume.
I’m normally pretty maxed out after the 50 reps, but my climb in weights is showing down and in general the first fix is volume.
So, I’m adding in some body weight pullups.
There is a risk of overuse, but I’ll monitor it pretty closely.
If it goes well, I’ll continue adding volume as the weeks go by.
