Find 95% 1RM for Squat and Sumo Deadlift
Hour or so run.
Deload/Alternate week continued. Definitely ended up changing yesterday’s workout.
Still found my 1RMs, but I skipped the running and did 150 pullups and 1,000 pushups instead.
Remember, this week is the “Whatever you want week”. So, if I feel like mixing it up, I do.
