Long run.
Breakdown
How long is this run? Not sure yet, but regardless, it’ll be over 90 minutes and interlaced with intervals at a 5k pace.
Thought of the day: Quit making excuses for why you aren’t where you want to be.
For one, no one cares.
Two, chances are you’re not doing everything you could to reach your goals… If you were, you wouldn’t need the excuse.
