Thought of the day: It’s essential that you know the difference between working out and training. But, that doesn’t mean you can’t do other things just because you want to.
Case in point, I practice gymnastic work.
It doesn’t make me a better athlete, the skills don’t really transfer over. But, I enjoy it and that’s ok.
