Basics-Microcycle 4-Sunday
Ocean Swim-Hour or so
Breakdown
I’m mixing it up a little bit, and going for a swim. I may still run, but I’ll see how I feel afterwards.
For Saturday’s workout, I did do my hour of cardio in the morning with a series of 400 m runs and calisthenics.
I was also invited for an hour long swim in the pool, so I did that as well. As usual, the “rest” day turned into a tiring day as well, but it was still blast.
