Yesterday was rough. The “one thing” I added last week, was a mistake, and didn’t work.
I tried upping volume to keep pushing my pull-up weight higher, but my bicep tendons are not taking it well.
So, I’ll be changing it up Thursday.
Thought of the day: One goal, means one goal. No secondary goals. You can have a “it will be nice if…”
But, the second you start shifting focus, even a little, everything is at risk.
