Yesterday was solid. Managed to do extra pullups and through in some pushups to wrap up.
This volume is really paying off.
For today, nothing crazy new, just swapping out the longer sprint. With upping volume and keeping my calorie intake low, I’m cutting back on the less necessary volume.
