DE Box Squat, 12 x 2
Good morning, 3 x 10
GHD Hamstring Curl 3 x 10
Straight Leg Torso Lift 3 x 10
15min jump rope alternating with weighted Floor Jumps.
Since I’ll be changing the cycle next week, I’m using this day to test out a training one rep max instead and then wrap up with the assistant work.
Thought of the day:
Know what your goals are. You can work on secondary goals, while you work on primary goals, but at some point they’re going to come to a head.
Normally, they come to a head by them both crashing and burning.
