Easy 20min run.
Another rough day at the Tuesday press. Still cleared, but it means it’s time for a training shift.
In the meantime, today is essentially an active rest day.
Thought of the day:
You’re not going to always like your training.
Some training days will be hard, and some will be easy. Some days you’ll enjoy the workouts and the movements, and some days you won’t.
But, it’s the things that are hard, the things that we don’t enjoy, and the things we avoid that are often holding us back.
These are things that we have to do to drive forward.
