I might add in an hour or so cardio, biking or running, we’ll see.
So, for Thursday’s workout, after my first 20 reps at 125 for my pullups. I decided to up the ante. I ended up knocking out the last 30 at 155lbs. Felt like I hit a cheat code. But sometimes that just happens. Hardwork pays off.
