Nothing crazy, but I still be seeing how explosive I am to determine gunship number of sets.
Thought of the day:
Sleep is always a bigger deal than people give it credit for. Yes, you can get better working only 6 hours of sleep, but doesn’t mean you’re not getting injured or taking a slower route to reaching your goals.
Also, don’t be surprised if you don’t reach them.
