DE Box Squats 10×2 @75%
Speed Deadlift 8 x 2 @75%
Leg Forward Good Morning 3 x 10
DB Side Bend 3 x 10
GHD Hamstring Curl 3 x 10
Straight Leg Torso Lift 3 x 10
Hanging Leg Raise 3 x 10
It’s a lot of movements, but they will be done with 30sec rests. All should be done in under an hour.

While it’s not perfect, if you know nothing about nutrition and need a baseline, a good place to start is here:
Once you have that, think about increasing your protein to about 1g per pound, whole reducing fats and carbs to match caloric load.
It’s about finding a baseline and then moving forward from there
