ME: Wide Grip Pullup
Underhand Bent Over Row 3 x 10
Bench 3 x 10
DB Bicep Curl 3 x 10
Rolling Tricep Extension 3 x 10
DB Side Bend 3 x 10
Straight Leg Torso Lift 3 x 10
Hanging Leg Raise 3 x 10
Yesterday went well, I obviously don’t know if it’s working or not, but it’s fun.
I believe that because of the variability for the max effort, it doesn’t seem to take as much out of me.
Thought of the day:
“Pre-workout” shouldn’t be about what gives you the greatest pump or gets your ass in the gym.
It’s about what makes you better, stronger, and ready to come back for more.
What works: protein/carbs/electrolytes
Save the caffeine for competitions and max efforts.
