WS Training – Monday
ME: Box Squat
Leg Forward Good Morning 3 x 5
Sprint 3 x 400m
DB Side Bend 3 x 10
GHD Hamstring Curl 3 x 10
Straight Leg Torso Lift 3 x 10
Hanging Leg Raise 3 x 10
I’m actually straying away from the normal way in which I program and train.
While I’ve definitely Incorporated things from West side barbell in my training the past I’ve never tried to actually templated everything off of the practices.
So, going forward I will be trying to, and experimenting not just because I’m curious, but in hope it might help my athletes as well.
But, you’ll still see that I’ve changed things up a little bit from what you typically see.
Thought of the day:
Muscle hypertrophy contributes little to absolute strength, but that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t at all.
Muscle growth does give mechanical advantages.
