“Body Types” is a misleading term.
Yes, all bodies are different. We all have different muscle lengths, bone lengths, and where they attach on each of us is different.
Our bodies also have different shapes based on past exercise history, genetics, and eating habits.
But, with so many variables, it’s borderline worthless to talk about body types.
Follow the basics, get a training log, learn what works for you, and don’t worry about anybody else.
