6 Mile Run, last two miles will be striders

Yesterday I remembered why I hated farmers carries, walking around the block with 45lb plates will do that.
For today, this is still easy running. If it feels good, I’ll probably jump to 8 next week and settle on a 8-12 mile run rhythm as I head back into strength season in a week or so.
