Same as last week. Though, I will be making up yesterday’s workout as well. While usually I recommend to just skip, in this case, these days can be combined. There is just an expectation of reduced power outputs on the cleans.
Unfortunately, my barbell wasn’t quite finished yet today. So, tomorrow the plan is to workout and then paint the bar. Why do I tell you this?
Because it’s okay to be flexible. Our bodies are not perfect, our training isn’t perfect, we are not perfect. We try to be consistent so we can control at least some part of our amazingly complex bodies. The more consitant we are, the more we can predict the outcome. But, the key word is predict.
At the end of the day, who knows, maybe I even needed the rest .
