Feeling confident about my shoulder. Still can’t put my full body weight on it, but it’s getting there. Otherwise, no change.
Thought of the day:
Understanding your body is an essential part of building strength, regardless of it’s for running or another sport.
Unfortunately, all of the sensors we use these days take away from that. It’s important to have training days based on feel just to retain or build that skill.
