DB Bicep Curl, Find 10rm, 50reps total
Side Arm Pulldown, Find 10rm, 50reps total
Shoulder pain is finally starting to lessen. Isometrics are helping quite a bit.
This day will be a testing day for my shoulder. I’ll be easy, but I still need to know where it’s at.
