Coming back into lifting after endurance training is always rough. It’s just hard to get your mind to wrap around that “this is all your doing”.
You start feeling, like what’s the point?
But, knowing this is a mindset that changes overtime, helps. Just a few short weeks and running 75 miles weeks will seem just as ridiculous as picking things up and setting them down for an hour or so feels now.
Just have to grind it out.
