DB Bicep Curl, Find 10rm, 50reps total
Side Arm Pulldown, Find 10rm, 50reps total
This is an experiment on my shoulder. I still have pain, but I’ll take it easy and ease in. I’ll take one pull-up as a win and then do what I can from there.
