Breakdown
Still rehabbing my shoulder tweak, this will be the focus today. I’ve been warming up with these movements everyday and it’s time to add a little weight.
Thought of the day:
Day in and day out you need to be consistent, a day off is more than a day lost.
If you’ve been training for years it means less, but if you’re just starting, it’s significant.
This is not to say you can’t miss training, it’s to ensure you know the choice you’re making when you do.
