Skill Work: Monkey Bar Jumps and Top Hold Work
Breakdown.
I’ve added in skill work for my pull-ups. As I tell my athletes, if it’s important, you need to train to it.
I have restrictions at the bottom and top end of my pull-up, adding skill work will give me dedicated time to work through those issues and just practice good mechanics.
Thought of the day:
If it’s important, you need to train to it.
But, you first have to ask: Is it important?
