Heel Drops weighted 3 x 15
Seated calf raises 3 x 15
Press 1 x 2, 6 x 3
Weighted pull-ups 5 x 3, Fast up and slow down
Max plank
Then:
Walk/run 4 miles, bike anything walked.
Breakdown / Achilles Tendonitus Saga Cont.
Pretty straightforward. If I can’t run the 4 miles I will make it up in time on the bike.
Tendon is feeling pretty good today, we will see what tomorrow brings.
