Good Morning x 50 reps
Chinups – Build To Max set of 5
Lunge x 30 Reps
Twisting GHDs x 30 Reps
Back Extensions x 50 Reps
Skill Work: 100 BW Pullups
Breakdown
Changed chinups to relieve pressure on elbow. It doesn’t adapt as well as the pullup, but it’s a needed change. This isn’t new, it’s a problem that always pops up with high volume at moderate to high intensity. I just hold off as long as I can.
