Today should feel hard. It’s the end of the first hard back to back weekend.
These back to back runs are what really get you to where you need to be. The more you put in, the more you get out.
So, easy on the first 3 miles, then step up to at the upper end of comfortable until mile 10, then go hard the last 5.
Then go enjoy the last day of your weekend.
