Those Days

We all have those days. Those days where you can’t imagine going to the gym. Where all you want to do is go home and hit the rack.

But, these days are where you make your money. Not because of any enhanced muscle gain, but because it solidifies your habit. The habit of bettering yourself. The habit of knowing you need to hit the gym, the trail, the mat.

If you can do it in your off days, you can do it in your on days.

Don’t let life get in the way.

Your body is your priority. It’s the ultimate tool, key to success, and your life line.

So, pound an energy drink, grab a cup of coffee,  throw on some Five Finger Death Punch, or so all three.

Then stop making excuses and put in the work.
