Thought of the day:
Non-specific fitness advice from coaches and information taken from studies are interesting, because there are always nuances.
Were the athletes on PEDs? Was it with someone who previously had been at that level? Does this apply to the young or the old? Were they past cyclists or weightlifters? What was their nutrition like? Their sleep like?
There is a lot of great advice out there, just understand where it’s coming from.
